Welcome to the Kingwood Village Estates (KVE) website. KVE is a condominium community that offers a tranquil, carefree lifestyle for residents 55 and over. Conveniently located in the heart of Kingwood's Town Center, KVE is just steps away from grocers, banks, dry cleaners, restaurants, and many specialty stores.

KVE is a gated community consisting of two residential buildings - Windsor House, 2803 Kings Crossing Dr., and Wilshire House, 2815 Kings Crossing Dr. A pond, surrounded by a peaceful park, is available for relaxing with a good book. Additionally, amenities located within the complex include a clubhouse, social rooms, fitness center, billiard room, swimming pool, three libraries, and four guest suites. Condos range in size from 701 square feet to 2,348 square feet; first floor units have patios and second and third floor units have balconies, allowing residents private outdoor space.

The Owner and Resident Directories have been updated to reflect the names and phone numbers of the current owners and residents, respectively.

 

If there are any corrections to be made, or changes in the future, please advise the office and new updates will be posted.

 

12/29/2017 - NOTICE TO OWNERS:  PLEASE MAIL MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEES AND ROOF ASSESSMENTS TO PMG. ONLY THE HURRICANE HARVEY ASSESSMENT SHOULD BE PAID AT THE OFFICE.
